Will a tyre size 245/45/17 fit alright on a 17 X 9 Wheel? It's for a 1994 Mustang

I believe so. You might want to see if you can go a little bit bigger though.

245 is the minimum youd want on a 9 inch wide tire. Every brand of tire is a tiny bit different but my cousin had 245s on his 95GT with 17x9 rims and they didnt even reach the edge of the wheel. 245s = curb rash. Go with a 255 to protect the wheel, and if you want i know you can go at least as big as a 275. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumb.gif[/img]
