The only info I can find is for tinting your windshield.

 

I don't see anywhere in the AM description that it complies with USDOT specifications, just that it looks cool. Your call.

 

^ I know they don't say if it complies or not. I really wanted to see if any who lives in NJ and has tinted side markers have had any problems.

 

I don't live in NJ but I have an SGM and I picked up the black side markers from stangmods and they look amazing.

They are stamped US DOT approved, but made in China, so if you do decide to get them spray the seams with leak seal, to avoid any condensation from getting in.

 

^ hey shawn, I actually ended up getting the side markers tinted and they looked great but then someone rear ended me (she wasn't paying attention) and I had to rip them off. Maybe someday Ill get another set and put them on.
