Sumitomos?????????

I'll need tires sooner than later. I've been running nitto 555s and they're great but I'd like to grab something cheaper. I don't care about hooking because I have a set of rims and tires for the track. I want something that's good in the rain and is decent all around. I saw the sumitomos on AM in 257/40-18 that are reasonably priced. Does anyone have any input? Thanks

Did you check the thread 'Stickied' in this section regarding tires?

I have personal experience with these tires... great drifting tires. I would spin all the way thru third grear and chirp/spin 4th. Very hard compound. They last thru some good burn outs though

They were these.

I thought they sucked. But then again I went from these to nitto nt05r's. I got a great introduction to traction
