Starting to plan a trip to Mt Rushmore, and saw that there is a mustang rally in sturgis. Has anyone been to this? Whats it like? Is it worth a 1500 mi drive?

 

Did a little research on it, this year is going to be it's 10 anniversary, the event seems to be getting bigger and more popular each year. Last year they had about 800 Mustangs there and quote, thousands of people.

 

I would have considered going but we are going to the Mustang Club of America's 40th at the Indianapolis Speedway that weekend.

We are leaving from Iowa on Wednesday the 31st. Will probably arrive early evening. how about you?
