thats right RIM not RIMS....check the pic out this thing is so rare I could only get one to put on my car....

 

so heres the story I am driving along and get off the freeway and I hear this sound as though air was leaking, but in intervals (from the tire rotating) and so I pull over and the the valve stem is cut and leaking air fast, within a minute the tire is completely flat (thank god I had already stopped and wasnt on the freeway anymore) so I just had to change the tire and put this bad boy on. But how wierd is that? The stem is just cut but I had just drove it all day and the car was never out of my sight because the only time I was out of it I was detailing a car and my car was within 30 feet of meet the whole time. Does this happen from hitting something and creating a backup of pressure and popping it? Or is this just a freak occurance?

I knew where you were going....the title of the thread is "Sporting the baddest black rim ever" which (I'm assuming) is meant to be funny/sarcastic, thus you laughed at the picture of the "baddest black rim ever."

I'd say it's just a freak occurance, I've never heard of that happening before. At least its just the valve stem and not the tire.

no offense taken I was just trying to figure out where you were coming from with that picture...I figured my joke about the spare was lame but the pic just seemed like you had some built up anger or something....I could care less actually and thought the pic was funny.....
