Okay, so I didn't answer yet. Based on the relationship between the current base engine and the 05 base engine, and the old GT vs. the new... What kind of hp are we likely to see in these hypothetical special editions?

Vote Boss but Shelby would be just as nice I especially like stripes like on the show car. And the dual intake on the GTR show car.

no point having two of the same threads...

I voted before, but now I say I expect the s/e to have 18" wheels and maybe some other cosmetic stuff. I am not sure about any power increases.

I've gotta go with the Mach 1. My first car (and my first love :cry: ) was a '70 Mach 1 and it just seems so poetic that I should be able to drive the 2005...almost 20 years after I plowed my first one into an oak tree

not in 05 but late 06 you maybe see the Mach1 back. B)
