Yesterday, I was returning from a great Porsche cruise/rally through Red Rock and Spring Mountain in Nevada (I'll post pics in another thread). Had my wife and son in the car. Close to home, pulled next to a gorgeous 2013 GT500...black on black on black on black...all blacked out. Looked and sounded great. Gave the driver a few beeps of my horn, all three of us wave...and...this a-hole looks up from his texting, looks directly at us, then looks back down at his phone to continue to text and drives away. I hate when folks do that. I felt like dragging him out of his car and pummeling him. But reason got the best of me.

 

you are made at him because you bugged him? what if he was texting his wife or doing someone important?

 

You should have beat the snot out of him because he was TEXTING WHILE DRIVING, not because he snubbed you. Dangerous, illegal almost everywhere, and really stupid.

 

He was doing something important. He was driving

(texting n driving (at the same time!) is illegal in the UK, for good reason)

My daughter and I waved at a '11-'12 GT500 that clearly saw us while we were sitting at a light in a '13 GT500 and the dbag and his girlfriend didn't even acknowledge.

Just showing that he is no class, just an A$$. He owns a Mustang (or Shelby in his case), but he doesn't know the Soul of a Mustang. Poor guy, doesn't have any idea or know what he is missing.

He thought he was too cool for school. Probably can't drive worth a s%&t anyways. What really bugged me is that I spent the entire day cruising with Porsches and Ferraris, great bunch of drivers - they made us feel so welcome. And I had my wife and son with me, so it got me pretty pissed at this guy. My son is 6, and I had to explain to him that some guys are just not nice.
