S**t You Say to Your Car
After reading a thread whereby a gentleman was asking for help naming his new GT, I came to realize that I have been having [one-sided] conversations with my car. It made me wonder how many of you are also speaking or yelling at your cars, as well.
What kind of s**t do you say to your car when you are driving or working on it. I’ll start off and I apologize if you read this in another thread.
When I first drove my car and she threw me back into the seat, I yelled, "Sweet Sassy Molassey!" I idled her down and calmed her by gently petting the dashboard while repeating in a soothing voice, "Easy, girl. Easy. You don't want to scare those people over there. They want to like you!"

Well I havnt received mine yet however with my 05gt she had brick red leather interior and all sorts of goodies installed. During the installation of all the goodies I repeatedly called her a cranky ***** and would most often cuss her and tell her to just let everything line up for once. Im sure with the new girl we will fight as much as make love lol

Whenever I drop someone off and the window is down I say "it's ok we're alone now" and drive off laughing sometimes. The reaction of the people I do that to is priceless.

Lol, if I grind a gear or hop a little curb or something, I rub the dashboard and apologize with a, "Sorry, baby" and sometimes add, "I still love you".

I don't talk, I just listen. I haven't turned the radio on in the Shelby in weeks; I just listen to the engine, the shifts, the brakes, the transmission at low rpm, the whine in the supercharger, etc. I'm an engineer so the inner workings of the car are on my mind constantly when driving.
