Will the CAT section of a 99gt fit a 98gt??

 

Yes it should be close or the same

 

Cool-I know the body changed that year and the heads-wasn't sure if it will be an issue

 

I'm currently working on an 96 gt and the headers are also the same from 96-04 just so you know.

Hey mike can I ask you a question? I am having car problems,I have a 2008 mustang 5 speed 6cyd. It started squealing really loud,an when I turn on a/c it smell like something is burning. I change the belt and the tension pulley and its still doing the sAme. What could be the problem?

 

You might want to start your own thread for more responses. Off the top of my head, it could be the ol' alternator. Do you smell burning when you roll down the windows or do anything else that has a high draw on the electrical system?
