I'm not sure if the factory bar will fit back on. Maybe Leo can chime in on this.

As long as the DS is installed properly, and you're not drag racing, you may be able to get away without running a front loop for a while (like Jed ), but better to be safe than sorry.

Yeah, the plan is to squeeze both installs at once.

George, if Leo can't make it because of his Priority One football games ( ), we can give you his time slot for a 1-pc aluminum 3.5" Shaftmaster DS install. Perfect time to do it since we'll have it up on jacks and the stock DS out of the way (will make it all that much easier to install the MGW).
Just have to get the BMR front loop and beg Kevin for a shim plate.

I got my Solo S2 off ebay for around $200 (slightly) used off a C5.
You get like two weeks off for Christmas but they don't give you MLK. What kind of crap is that. George is/got a DS? Hey football is priority especially when the Packs playing.

It's a good idea for everyone, especially for me with all the custom wiring I did in my cupholder area and behind the radio.

Looks good, but costs around $260 plus shipping (thru Summit).
Since no one else's is going to say I will, that's very "NOPI" of you.

Sounds like the clean agent is Halon which is UN-friendly to the enviroment, and restricted in Canada.

MLK is not a negotiated Union holiday for us.

NOPI? They use these in NHRA drag cars!

Read this...

Why should a consumer purchase a fire extinguisher for his or her vehicle?

According the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), U.S. public fire departments in 2004 responded to an estimated 266,500 highway-type vehicle fires. These fires claimed 520 lives and caused $969 million in direct property damage. NFPA estimates that one (17%) of every six reported fires involves a highway-type vehicle and 13% of all civilian fire deaths. On average, more than 30 highway vehicle fires were reported per hour. More than two-thirds of highway vehicle fires resulted from mechanical or electrical failures or malfunctions.

Highway vehicles include cars, trucks, motorcycles and other vehicles commonly driven on roads or highways.

Not Halon.

Read #6 statement here.
You have to drive it before it can catch fire. Seriously though I see that in imports more than "muscle cars". JMO

You should have kinko's make booklets of all your write-up's and sell them for $20 a pop if not more.

Ouch!

You see them in imports more probably because their sewing machine motors have a tendency to blow up at 10k rpm's.

I just hope I NEVER tell you, "I told you so."

If I can solicit just $1 from everyone that benefitted from all my write-ups, maybe I can buy a polished HO Whipple unit!

Leo, want to start by handing over a buck?

I saw that, should be interesting. There seems to be much consternation (FL. Tom you like that word lol) around TMS lately. I wish there wasn't. I hate banning(s) although they are deserved at times.

I'll try and load some pics although I hesitate to take any of my engine bay for fear of ridicule. I.E. its not clean and the choice of mounting location will not sit well with you car show guys. Actually its just roughed in for the moment until I decide where I want it to be permanently mounted. I've used some double sided tape/Velcro, yep Velcro while I decide. But I really like the intensity, color, beam patter and road lighting coverage. Far better then what I had with the O.E.M. lighting. Like night and day (sorry for the play on words) The cost was $125 so it was a very cheap upgrade/mod.
