In honor of that, I had a few tacos at El Torito Grill (and a Cadillac Margarita of course!) last night.

One small issue popped up. The hose that connects the throttle body to the Voretch inlet elbow appears to be around 1/4" too big. All the rest of the hoses are tight (fitting), so I don't know what's up with this one hose. I'll be contacting Vortech support this morning.

If this is the only issue, I'm doing pretty good.

It was until I supercharged it, now I won't drive if there's alot of snow on the ground. But 2" or less, sure I drive it. If there's been alot of salt, etc. then I don't drive it, I drive my beater instead. Gotta consider though, I drive about 6000 miles a year.... I've driven the GT on several longer trips (6 hours, 4 hours, etc) many, many times since I've had it for 2.5 years and it has like almost 17,000 miles. LOL 17k seems like a ton of miles to me.

My hose to the throttle body was slightly bigger, too. I thought it might be an issue, but it cinched right down with no problem.

Found a TR car with your CS69's Bill. Only problem is they're not chrome.

After looking at those pics it's seems those rims suffer the same problem as the shelby razors. The problem being they look really small in 18's and only look good in 20's. Then again could be that red stripe throwing me off.

Yes I'm fast approaching 4000 miles myself but mine is a daily driver and I'm almost at my 1 yr anniversary, just a few weeks away.

Few things are throwing off the perspective, the red line on the tires, not chromed, and not lowered.
I think the 18's should be fine.

Bill, it's a symphony of awesomeness!!!!!
I got the NXT 2.0, it goes on tomorrow, hope it does as well as advertised. It definately needs a bath after about 500 miles of driving today.

I have had two cobra's a 2003 and a 2004 vert cobra, got rid of them because they were a pain in the butt to drive in la traffic. that cable operated clutch is a killer, but boy were they fast. So I have a love hate relationship

No offense to Taco Bill or any of the S197forum haters here, but i am on both forums, and als omodular fords and also 2005mustang and many others. The technical information has fallen off on most sites. I want to know about appearance mods, interior mods, sound systems i come here. I want technical i goto s197 or mod fords.

Had you been a mod with S197 you would have seen shaftmasters bashing Spydershafts products. Since those posts were removed you dont know the whole story.

What prompted this post?? I thought we were over it and had moved on, did someone come back and start the hatefest again. I really hope not, which is why I'm questioning it.

I've lurked on both all three, and tried not to get involved at all, and I know what you're talking about. I disagreed with the handling all the way around, vendors, mods, site owners and posters. I kept my distance because of the way I felt because and I knew that no matter what I said/posted I'm the minority on those three and the stupid posts would not stop, so I don't post. It's ugly and hoped that we, POTR posters, aren't bringing this up just to bring it up and cause more s**t. If we didn't prompt this what did then, if you don't mind me asking. Another poster from another board came on here and blasted a blurb, that anywhere else would start the flame war, and we ignored the post here in this thread. since that was a couple days ago why is it back ? Or are you just going to post once and disappear like the other guy ?

I'm not everywhere all the time and I don't go looking for this crap, I haven't seen anything obvious so I'm basing my statements on that.
