I'll start. 
--1965 Mustang K-code 4-speed toploader.
--1969 Mustang Boss 429
--1969 Mustang Boss 302
--1993/1995 Cobra R
--2019 Mustang Shelby GT350

2013/2014 Mustang Shelby GT500
2019/2020 Mustang Shelby GT350
and a bonus car of the 2021/2023 Mustang Mach 1 all decked out. Manual, but I would even consider the Auto (its supposed to be faster).

2) 1970 Boss 302 (Trans Am racing)
3) 1982 Mustang GT (return of the HO 302 and my first new car)
4) 2004 Cobra (390 HP was amazing)
5) 2007 GT/CS convertible (again my old car, and loved the retro look)

My brother-in-law's favorite Mustangs as he liked them slow. 
1) 1964 1/2 Mustang with 170ci six (his favorite 'classic')
2) 1974 Mustang II with 2.3-liter four (daily driver for many years back in the day)
3) 1994 Mustang with 3.8-liter V6 (upgraded from the '74)
4) 1980 Ford Mustang Cobra (his bucket list car).
5) 2005 Mustang V6 (loved the new Mustangs but....)
