Plastic panel running below the door on both sides

I've got a really noob question

I just can't think of what this part is called:

Does anyone know?

I wanted to run some wires through them. I noticed at least part of what holds them in are plastic screws. I was hoping I could pop them off, do the wiring and slap them right back on but I never have any luck with plastic screws, I always break them ! Does anyone have any advice for removing them?

Thanks for all the help guys

Get a set of these for trim and molding removal:

But if you are levering them against the finish be sure to have a rag in place because it will mar the clearcoat.

Actually, to pick nits, that's the rocker panel moulding. To remove the rocker panel you'll need a torch!!!!

I know but people call it rocker or rocker panel most of the time. Just trying to make his search easier.

I call it, even if ignorantly, a rocker panel.
