Question Pasenger Airbag sensor malfunction?

On the dash in the Instrument cluster, the airbag sensor malfunction light has been flickering on and off and random intervals and now on solid. Going to call the dealer tomorrow...is this common??

Take it to the dealer, something is not right, and not common either that I know of.

Good to hear in the other thread that a tech is going to take it home and see if they can get the problem to surface.

Nothing is/was on the seat...they said they looked at the wiring...but FORD told them to just do the reset of the code...ugh I'll know more tomorrow.

well I got plates on it. But, they still have my car...if they don't get it fixed by the time I get back on June 3rd. I'm going to have to take it into the dealer I got the car from so they can try...ughh...but I'm demanding a better rental car from them....:bang head:

It wouldn't seem like it is so hard to find a sensor malfunction. I mean really, how many places could it be going bad? Just replace the sensor and be done with it. Probably would take them 1 hour.
