You have to realize it's a dodge forum as such they are going to rant and rave about non ford products and try and send our horses to the barn.

To some extent, I understand their frustration with the younger kids- but not all of them drive mustangs. Just reading the news today, I saw an article about a 17 yr old kid that ran over a trooper with his pick-up. The other side is that they may be frustrated because they drive dodges I got a Spirit actually for my wife, and its not a bad car. I'm also aware of what some dodges are even capable of- ever hear of turbominivan.com ? I am just guessing that the guys in that Dodge thread have nothing better to do, like us talking about them talking about us (mustang owners). Funny how that works Oh well, everyone has an opinion. Besides, that thread is over a year old, and nearly 2 yrs since it began.

Funny little dodge boys... I can't remember the last thread on this board that spent so long talking about how other brand owners were this kind or that kind of person.

Those guys have no life, did you check out the number of posts BadStratRT has...18,328 , joined 3 of 04 ( thats almost 15 posts a day)and moparturd has 10,141, joined 1 of 04 ( about 7.5 posts a day ) ( that vs our Cody's 2.3 a day,, and my 2.2 per day )

At least we have time to work on our cars and drive them.

What a bunch of idiots. If you drive a K-Car, you've got no room to talk about anyone else's "pos". What's really amusing to me, is that Acura RSX's from the factory, with ~210hp, cost more than a GT with 300hp. I always find it funny that other car forums always talk about us, but we never seem to talk about them.

Yeah, it is really interesting that almost every topic on those other forums contain at least one reference to mustangs, and how they suck. On this forum, about 1 in 30 topics contain any references to a Charger, or a Mitsu, or a Neon. Why is that?
Maybe because we just don't care. We are not jealous of other cars because we love everything about this mustang of ours.

People make fun of things that they either
1) don't understand
2) are jealous of, in an attempt to downplay the coolness of said item
3) don't like because of a bad past experience.

Now I understand why the Dodge boys are making fun of the Mustangs!!

I guess those are the same people that rev their engine next to me at a light wanting to race. Then they "blow" me away because I take off at a normal pace and then they go back to their forum and claim that they beat a POS Mustang V8 in a race.

I hate people that do that but when you live in a small town like I do you get word from some of your friends that you got beat by a neon out of a red light

I love the 5.0 on there that said "bring it on big boy"

I also like how "BadStratRT" tried to burn the guy with the last post for bringing back a forum that he started.

"No, but the new Mustangs are the best looking ones since '69 and they almost got me to buy one. "
yeah. too bad you bought a neon. lol "new muscle". fwd is real "muscle".

i'm glad i live in los angeles. no offense, but big cities keep away dodge fans.
we do have a thriving chevy scene though, thanks to rap music.

I would bet that the main instagator on that forum was handed his a$$ at some point by a mustang and has never gotten past it.

I love how "BadStratRT" refers to the "typical" Mustang and Mustang owners. I guess that means everyone who owns a Mustang is uneducated, a jerk, and a ricer. So what happens when we take a look at the "typical" dodge neon? And how can you base your opinion on an entire group of people off of a few kids?

Is there a such thing as typical in this case Mr. "BadStratRT"?

It's funny how about a year ago I had a Stratus RT decide he could take me. I showed him the taillights pretty quick.
