I just recently purchased a 1992 Mustang GT 5.0. with 85000 miles. My good buddy used to have a 1988 Mustang G.T. and I used borrow it whenever I could...keeping in my mind that I was strictly GM and would never own a Ford. Shes a 5 speed with with American Thunder exhaust,BBK headers with a dual friction clutch and 3:73 gears. I havent driven it to much yet, but it definitley will go and man does she sound nice. She's deep blue with silver ground effects, which actually drew me to her because I havent really ever seen to much of that particular color, which I feel makes it unique. I've been nit pickin her quite a bit, but I think most has been in my head (because it a "Ford") but I think I'm fallin in Love.....LOL, hope she does'nt dissappoint me......

My first Ford was a 46 Club Coupe that I bought while in the Navy in 1974. A friend of mine's brother needed $$ and I bought it for $500. Kept the car for a couple years and sold it for $750. It had a flathead 6, a 3 speed on the column and an old gas heater under the dash. I still kick myself for selling it. Just saw a twin sell for $30,000. Doh! :bang: :bang:

I think most of us old guys have a car or two in our pasts that we wish we never had sold. Oh well. That's life.

Ren, I don't have a digital camera yet either.

Sweet car. Do you have drums in the rear? Go for discs first thing.

Very nice car Rob! The body looks straight and the interior looks to be in great condition too. A rare find in the older Mustangs. Just buy a couple new floormats and you'll be ready to go

Rob, how much did you pay for it? I was thinking about buying something similar as a project car.
