Mustang vs Camaro
I previously owned a 2010 Camaro SS and belonged to the Camaro 5 forum. I check in once in a while. I traded it for a 2012 GT and never looked back. On the Camaro forum title Camaro VS particularly vs Mustang
there are many posts titled what do I have to do to beat a 5.0
they are spending thousands to accomplish this, gear changes, tunes,exhaust,blowers the only thing to show for all this is a statement
"well the Camaro is better looking" and has an IRS I don't race , those days are over, but I still have that feeling.
Very happy with my GT

I too was a camaro/trans am guy lost in the dark! I had a 78 camaro, 88 firebird formula and a 94 trans am. Rode in my brother in laws lx 5.0 and the rest was history! Theres nothing like driving a mustang

welcome. I agree they do spend alot of time figuring out how to beat a mustang but then again the camaro did show up late to the party and wait oh yeah got dropped from production also for a period of time

I'm a mustang guy....but that ZL1 is badass.....5.0 guys better leave it alone.....I can't wait for some real 2013 Shelby GT500 tests against the ZL1...on paper the Shelby should have it.......I live in Germany....and watched the ZL1 at the nurburgring race track....what's not to like...it's a hoss.....American Muscle....it's all good.....

And..... The rich jerk crusing the strip in his vette with his girlfriend in the passenger seat half his age gets owned by a a hard working, middle class mustang enthusist!!! Then has to answer questions from his girlfriend all the way home!!!! Love it!!!
