Really? I am getting tired of getting crap about this. I and many others have had extremely bad experiences with them. Do your research and do what you want.

 

I would say I hear more negative comments about RPM outlet than I do positive comments. Probably a 12-1 ratio at least. Then again you know what they say, make a customer happy and they might tell 1 or 2 people they know. Upset a customer and they will tell thousands of people they have never met before.

 

calm down man, I wasnt defending them, only suprised and confused to hear conflicting things from people I know here, and then several people saying they suck

so what do they do? if they really are that bad, I wont ever do business with them, but I gotta have a reason

I couldn't had said it any better myself, as not only is John Yates extremely rude. But is also a complete jerk, who shouldn't even be running a business to begin with.

In fact I've never come across anybody, who has such poor customer service skills as he does. At any rate: Blue Oval Industries, will never be worthy of earning my business !
