Re-issuing the last challenge, your Stang next to a "ricer". Doesn't have to be a foriegn car, just outrageous.

 

Well I couldn't find the "Rice" I was looking for this morning so this 350Z will have to work. Nice car minus the body kit, which I failed to capture in this picture. No sign because I wasn't expecting an opportunity.

 

Lava Red? What are your thoughts? How does it look at night on freeway? During day? Im getting my 5.0 replaced by Ford and I have my eyes on a Lava Red...

 

You'll have to find one that is in dealer inventory somewhere, production ended a while back I believe because of the paint shortage.

 

I personally love it, and I've met other enthusiasts that were totally against the color who commented on how it looks so much better in person than in pictures. My biggest complaint, and it probably applies to any/all cars, is that it's impossible to keep clean. It's a 3-4 hour ordeal for me to wash/dry it, but it's like that with any car I suppose.

Lighting is the key for the Lava to come out. On overcast days it appears to be black, and on sunny days it varies from a red, purple to a copper/brownish (sorta ???) color depending on how the light it hitting it and how you're looking at it. The best lighting for the lava (red) to come out is under fluorescent lights. Sitting in a parking lot under a light post or in the garage you can see it in the entire car. I honestly can't say how it looks on the freeway because I've never seen it from the outside, but I can say that I've gotten quite a few thumbs ups from passers by.

Overall I say that if you like the color you can't go wrong with it, and if you found one jump on it because there aren't many left.

 

Whats the next "challenge"?

 

Hell it's much easier to take the challenge than issue the challenge. How about a picture with a "lifted diesel truck (with stacks)" in the background.

In the spirit of Halloween, next challenge is a pic of your stang in front of someone's Halloween display. I'm sure we all have that crazy person in our neighborhood that goes all out decorating their yard. Let's see who finds the craziest!

I think we should bring this back, it sounds like fun. Somebody will have to come up with a new challenge though, as the halloween one above is not really possible now.

 

I love this game over on the other forum. We have over 100 places done so far.

 

Well, I think part of the problem here is the rules were too complicated. If nobody minds, I think we should modify them to this:



1.) All pictures have to be taken while out of the car, no driving by.

2.) No action shots, illegal activities or items, duplicate challenges, or pics from in your car. You really have to go, stop, get out, take the picture, post it.

3.) If challenge has not been completed within 1 week, the person who picked it has to pick a new challenge.

4.) Be funny and creative. Pics of Mustangs in front of interesting things or stuff you don't see everyday are always welcome.

5.) Simple "nice car!" comments and the like are okay, but please keep this thread on topic so it doesn't get bogged down with excess conversation.

No username sign required in the pictures.

With that, I'd like to call THE MUSTANG GAME, ROUND 2 into being,

And unless someone has a better plan, I'll suggest the first challenge be:

Take a picture of your car next to the enemy, by which I mean a 2010+ style Camaro.
