Meguiar's scratch X2.0

ive used this stuff for a while now and have gotten good results especially on the black stang. I have recently noticed though that after a couple of days of use i look and the scratch almost re appears does this happen to anyone else? When i got the car there were two scratches on the front bumper and recently i found a third must have been some idiot who hit me in a parking lot so i used this stuff it took the most recent scratch out no problem never came back but the older ones keep re appearing, could this be because its old scratches so it basically settled into the paint?

You need to wax and seal after you mend a scratch.

That stuff really doesn't work. Got a bunch of fillers in it that hide the scratch for a while. Get yourself a Porter Cable DA polisher kit with a few stages of polishes. With a black car it's almost required to have one of those.

How deep were the scratches?

Generally speaking if the scratch is deep enough that your fingernail catches in it than it's too deep to be fixed with polishing. Like Al said, some products have fillers in them that might make it look better for awhile but to really fix them the area needs to be repainted.

looks like its a fairly deep scratch/scrap(2nd pic). You can use some rubbing compound to try and minimize it as much as possible .

Those pics change everything. That scratch is too deep even for compound.

Yes. You could totally buff that out. These are not as deep as the pics above/scratches on the other car.
