Just be aware that long tube headers with Borla ATAK system will be crazy loud and drone like a biotch. However if neither drone or crazy loud is a factor? then I'd recommend going with Kooks, JBA, American Racing Headers and BBK as my top choices. However, keep in mind that most high-flow catalytic converters will not pass visual inspection nor pass California Carb emission requirements. Although Kooks claims their high-flow green cats will not set off a check engine light? there is no guarantee they'll pass OBDII emissions testing. Anyhow just something you should take into consideration. In the meantime, welcome to TMS.

No Long tube headers are going to pass California Emissions since none will have a CARB number so the Visual is definitely out.

It's not so much the long tube headers themselves, but rather the high-flow cats which are included with the headers that will not pass California Emissions due to not having a CARB certification number on them and will therefore also not pass California Visual Inspection. My advice to the OP is if he wants to run long tube headers, is to reinstall his OEM mid-pipe prior to inspection and then go ahead and reinstall the long tube headers after passing emissions testing with the factory OEM catted mid-pipe in place.
