so i just got my first stang, and i have always envied everyone i saw who had a stang, so im excited as hell. after i got it i bought a cold air intake, and i was wondering what else i could invest in to increase performance and gas mileage. its a 97 base v6.

 

A tuner would be a good next step

 

ok, and are there any cips i should buy? im a poor college kid so i dont wanna spend too much.
im looking for like $60-$80.

my mustang is at 250HP before the cold air intake, so what should i do to push to 300HP?

Never heard of BCD. I would look for a Diablosport.

 

I doubt its at 250hp. A 1997 6 banger I believe comes with 150hp.
