I am handing in my 97 T-Bird and paying the rest in cash. Of course my parents are giving me some of my inheritance, so they can watch me use it.

If all goes according to plan:

1) Dropping a down payment of about $6K

2) Trading in my 1995 Monte Carlo Z34 (for whatever they'll give me )

3) Financing the rest either through Ford or MCU (my credit union).

Finally a local dealership called me in for a test :drive: on a GT tomorrow at 10am

Turning in our 2002 GT vert, but keeping the other 2 ponies! Also, just got a call from the owner of our local Ford store and he tells me it is going to be labeled as a 2006 vert. will be out too late to be a 2005.
good luck to all! I cannot wait!

For now I'm still in love with my '03' GT Convertible. Let's see what the next generation convertible looks like on a body designed as a fastback.

I'm happy with my '03 Cobra for right now. I think the new stangs are kinda plain (especially the hood, yuck!) but I'm sure within a few years they will be up to speed in the looks dept. I'm floored by what they have done with the engines in the new cars! BTW, I'm dying to see the new Cobra!

I'm trading in my crappy 2000 Escort Zx2. I cannot wait to get rid of that car and get a brand spanking new Mustang

Trading in my '01 Supercrew 4x4 unless someone buys it first. I was gonna finance thru Ford credit until I saw the interest rate they want. Gotta check out my bank now.
