So I ordered my dream car two weeks ago from my local Ford dealer. Grabber Blue GT with Track Package and Recaros. Well I've been patiently waiting for my VIN and build date when I get an email from my dealer today that they have discontinued Grabber Blue and I need to pick something else. Seriously? Anyone else heard of this? Wondering what to do at this point...

 

I figured it was going to end soon. It was the color I originally wanted but it was nearly impossible to find one. Go for GHIG. Or wait to see if any new colors will be introduced.

Sorry. Change to GHIG, it's more $$, but looks just as nice, if not better.

Well no offense to the GHIG guys here but.. had the old heart set on Grabber. Maybe I'll look for a used but, that could be a needle in a haystack looking for Recaros and the Track Pack

 

I never liked grabber blue so I wont be sad to see it go. Sorry :/ I love GHIG and almost bought that but was afraid I would get tired of looking at that bright green after a while I do hope u find what u want tho cuz that is all that matters and it sucks when u cant just go buy what u want!

 

I think you might be better served going used. There is nothing worse than looking at your car and wishing it was something else. It's too much money not to be entirely happy with your car.

I was originally going to buy a Grabber blue version of my car....all of the cars at local dealers ended up being unavailable for dealer trade. They offered me white, sterling grey, red, black. I was unaware of the existance of deep impact blue at the time. I decided on sterling grey, no go. I could have waited for a grabber blue, but I wanted one NOW!!!

I chose a black one.

I like it.

But every time I see a grabber blue 2013 I kick myself for not holding out.

Get the color you are set on.
