I know that not everyone has had to deal with what I've been dealing with for the past nine months, and I know that I am probably one of the unlucky ones. However, because I've had to deal with a lemon, I got to see Ford's true colors when it comes to customer service. I'm reposting a link to a thread that I've been updating periodically. It pertains to an issue I've been having with my 2012 Mustang and the horrible customer service I've had to deal with every step of the way. I just want to make everyone aware, if you buy a Mustang or any Ford vehicle and it happens to be a Lemon, you'll probably have the worst year of your life.. just like I have.

I've had a total of nine repairs performed, at three different dealerships, concerning the same issue, over the course of nine months. With each repair the issue returns shortly after. I have requested a vehicle buyback three separate times, each one getting denied. I have been without my car for more than thirty calendar days over the course of nine months and I have been put in a few rental cars.

 

I hope you are being more pleasent to the people you are working with at ford. I had far more issues with my 2006 mustang then you are having. I got great service because I treated the people helping me like people.
