wow that sounds like a setting for The series Supernatural or evn the x-file Scully would be all over that I would not of let them touch my car at all .and if they are Witch's they will most likely burn at a steak or something.

I do not believe it at all. It does not make sence that he went to a dealer that he hates so much for service.

Well, look at it this way. To be a BMW owner. You're required to: B *****, M Moan, and W Whine.

Many dealerships have lousy sales departments, but great service departments, and vice versa. Sometimes the whole dealership sucks, and sometimes the whole dealership is awesome. Often times, sales and service are so independent of each other, it's like they're in their own little worlds.

He obviously hated their sales department, but perhaps the service department is local and convenient, and he needed service without driving waaaaay out to the non-local dealership he bought from.

It just shows companies make the cars, the people make the dealership.
I don't trust the local Ford dealer and I know all the owners and GM and they know me.
The local BMW dealership is good enough that I would send my mother to buy a car there.
I also know the owners there and they know me.

Funny read, sounds like they are not to concerned about either car sales or car service...wonder how they stay in service....hmmmm maybe they sell donuts on the side!
