Ever trade car for car?

I've never had this experience but was curious if others have and the story behind it.

 

I had a 1960 VW bug that I built. When I sold it a neighbor of mine had a 1968 F-100 single cab with a 400+ HP 351W in it that was slammed with big meats on it and a four speed. He was retiring from the military and was gone sorting things out before he left. He got back after I sold the bug and told me he would have traded straight up for the bug had he known I was selling it. I got him into old VWs and he never looked back.
