At first, I thought you were talking about April.
But, what was the plaintiff claiming? I seem to remember something about this, but don't remember exactly.

"This is a perfect example of how well our court system can work..." my foot. Shelby or his croanies never came up or used the Eleanor name before the remake movie, they just took the opportunity, borrowed someone else's idea, and cashed (for lack of a better and accurate term) in on it.
What a bunch of trailer trash.

Wow, I went and researched earlier and I'm not sure how the judge decided so matter of fact against her.
Makes me want a car with Shelby's name on it even less.

Funny how ol' shel seems to have no problem cashing in on a name that he had no connection to, yet sues people for using "his" cobra name, even going as far as getting Shelby replicas pulled off ebay

Please Mr. Shelby, don't become another Mr. Hennesy.
I have a lot of respect for Carroll, he does a lot of great things for children's organizations and other charities.
I just think he made a bad decision in this case and I'm not happy about it but everyone makes them. Let's just hope it doesn't turn into a habit...
