domestic velocity

i keep seeying two stang with domestic velocity on the wind sheilds one is a 65 fastback red with goldish stripes and the other is a saleen s281 mineral grey does anyone know what they make?

It could just be a car club. Most car clubs nowadays have some form of decal or banner that can show other club members that they're in the club.
My ex-girlfriend's ex-boyfriend got his butt kicked for putting a club's banner on his focus, even though he wasn't in the club.
