Do you collect Mustang "stuff"?
Do you collect Mustang memorabilia, diecast Mustang models, Hot Wheels or Matchbox Mustangs?
I have approximately 60+ diecast, Hot Wheels/Matchbox Mustangs and constantly keep an eye out for new models. I also have Mustang tin signs that I have in my garage. I recenly acquired a set of Mustang letters that came off of a 1965 Mustang, I have the grille that my son took off of his 2001 when he bought the grille delete Mustang "running pony".
I also have framed Mustang posters, my dash plaques from car shows mounted on gray marble tiles and my trophies won at car shows in my garage.
My latest find was 4 vintage Hot Wheels/Matchbox Mustangs, found at an antique shop in Wells, Maine.

I used to collect 69 Galaxie stuff because they were few and far between, but with such an abundance of Mustang toys & collectables, where does one start? I'm still waiting for a 2012 Mustang GT 1/25 model.

After both my parents passed away and having to get rid of stuff they collected, I realized "stuff" doesn't mean much to me anymore. Trying to get rid of things and streamline my life. Seems the more you have, the more you are tied down to it. Can't stand living in clutter.....but that's just me.
Have quite a few Mustang books, and a few diecast cars, t-shirts, Zippo lighter and a Mustang Week hat. Nothing outrageous lol.

I have a huge fox brochure collection of every year of the fox wether plain, deluxe or dealer cards, early 1993 Cobra press release binder with early svt logos,'93 "R" press release binder with build info, rare '79 pace car info book, pace car press release book & photos, '82 GT press release binder ,20th ann. binder and photos and a collection with just SVO stuff.. promo, press and brocures. dealer magnets of foxes, post cards of foxes, dealer hand outs, etc. I have plenty of fox dealer, production photos/poster/promos, books and other odds and ends. I also have a box full of motor trends/car and driver/automobile/road & track, etc from the late '70s, 80's and early "90s that had anything to do with a fox mustang in them.

Here is some of the Mustang stuff I have in my office. I share the office with another Deputy Chief, he is a car nut, Corvette guy and has a 1967 Corvette convertible... we constantly kid each other.. when I bring the Muatsng to work, he says "I thought I smelled horse$#!t", on the rare occasion that he brings the 'Vette to work I ask him "why there is a heap of fiberglass in the parking lot?"
