Personally, I like to see stock 1996 Vettes like his attempting to pull away from me.

I thought corvette owners were so nice and had nothing but good things to say about mustangs (referring to thread here a month or two ago)...

 

and here we have wars going in other countries for what ? some dip sticks idea of why perhaps when we need to focus on being just human to each other. Example I often just jump out or in & help people not really caring who they are , where they come from I see they need a hand and just do it , after I size it up , being nice is it really that hard.

Thank you, bottom line is this Chevy vs. Ford war, and all the American car lovers picking sides, and they are just mad, and jealous, that Ford finally rolled up its sleeves in an attempt to shut up and shut down the Camaro, and did! Now they have to sit in 2nd place like the Mustang did (well more like 3rd or 4th) for at least the next year. And someone should show the Chevy guys Motor Trends testing of the Mustang v6, Camaro v6, Genesis v6, and challenger v6, and let them read how the Mustang beat em all, hell, the Genesis was the next best thing. The just have to wait another year at least to be back on top...

 

Actually, IIRC the Genesis won. The Mustang was 2nd.

 

I don't know about all V6 Mustang owners but personally I would never roll up to a Vette and rev up my engine. Heck I wouldn't do that regardless of what kind of car it was because I don't street race. I'd be willing to bet that a guy driving a V6 Mustang reving his engine at a Vette happens a lot less often than that poster tried to portray. We might be in a V6 but we aren't stupid, unlike a certain Vette owner.

 

Ricers with fart cans revving up their civics to vettes may be even more stupid, and more common sadly

 

The Mustang won all of the numbers war though, yet the Genesis feels better
I just like to hear the exhaust notes notes so I guess all I would do is have him rev it so I can hear it but thats just me ....... I miss having a V8

seriously, what do you guys expect from corvette guys? they are the same meatheads that used to roll around in their IROC-Z a few years back rockin a mullet. how can they seriously be proud of GM? the corvette is the only decent car chevy makes. No wonder they needed our tax dollars. making crap like the malibu. not to mention the disgrace pontiac turned into.
Besides they are so proud of their cars that $50-$100 grand having more power than a car that costs $25. ooooh big tough guys, not at all overcompensating for any personal shortcomings. Its sad really.
