Carroll Shelby's Personal 1969 GT500 to Be Sold at 2008 Barrett-Jackson Auction
#21
Our shop restored the car. Right now we're guessing around 2.5m, but who knows. I have a "test gallery" for our new site I'm working on with over 200 pics of this car during the restoration process. I'll post a link once I make a few security changes. The sad thing is the few miles we put on it are probably the most open road it will ever see.

Here is the car at BJ, along with a 68 KR we also restored.
Here is it before it left the shop in a nice wallpaper size:

Don't worry Joe, I will be starting daily thread posts on what the happenings are at the auction from Wednesday to when we leave on Sunday morning. Gotta love the "cut and paste" feature of a computer, since I will be doing alot of the reporting on Badmustangsclub.com as well.

FYI, after some discussion and debate we have decided to make the fiberglass cobra's available for sale. They will be custom painted in two colors of your choice and other options will be available.
These will be a very limited production piece!
Contact me at jesse(at)shelbyparts.com if you are interested.
