Does anyone know of a Manufacturer who makes a engine bay Valance (that's decking around hood-latch release) that's a quality piece.

check out trucarbon. they make nice stuff. Ihave their cf side splitters. I'm pretty sure they make a 'radiator cover' which is what i think you are looking for.
