These people are a joke.Took my 2013 there today, they said that 2 other 2013's on the lot shifted rough, so my 2nd gear crunch and 3rd gear grind is "normal".So nothing will be done.i wonder when I sale the car if the buyer will think it's normal? i really doubt it. So my resell value is down substantially.I think a small claims suit for $5000.00 is in order to compensate the loss of value due to their defective product.That would just about cover my loss and the filing fee here in NC is only about $115.Any classs action lawyers out there that want to make some money????Even the mechanic said the mt82 was to paraphrase "substandard" in performance.

 

Take it to Crossroads in Cary or Wake Forest.
