Blacked out wheels

Got bored today and dipped my wheels for fun

Thought about doing this to mine till I buy my AMR's but wasn't sure if I'd like the look but looks pretty good to me... did you just cover the brakes with a bag or did you take them off and spray them? How many cans did you use?

thanks! covered up behind wheels with newspaper (you can use bags too I guess) and sprayed away 3 cans. did like 3 good coats each wheel. I also blacked out the front and back emblems and the hood vents. real easy, took me few hours, taping and covering off took longest. check out plastidip on YT for more tips g'luck!

I bought the model with the black wheels and it is the most complimented thing about the looks of my car.
