You will have to wait until the 2005 financials are published, they have to list Directors remuneration and amoluments as notes to the financial figures. If he has said it publicly, you can assume that it is true, the statement could affect the stock prices, therefore, if he is lying, there is a case for misleading investors. I think we have to take him at his word on this one.
