Talking The best years of our lives Part 2

I just had to write about the times we are living. Mustang is back stronger than ever. In many ways I wish I had waited another year and got a 07. Look what we have to look at in 07.

Shelby GT 500
Shelby GTH
Shelby GT

California special
Mustang GT

Not to forget the aftermarket:
Steeda's Q ships and S/C models
Roush Stage 1, 2, 3 and now 427 model
Saleen
PJ Saleen

I don't recall such an offering since 1969 era. I just had to say this outloud and am glad that FORD is pushing ahead.

I definitely agree, there is an amazing assortment of Mustangs to choose from right now. Pretty much one for every budget.

Not trying to start anything but, think we'd ever see such a array from a camaro product?

Initially I think we'll see the Camaro in RS and SS trims. Later, if they sell well, we might see the return of the Z-28 and possibly the IROC. Who knows.

I cant wait till 2015....thats when I'm getting my next one...so I can have 50 years between my '65.....at least....thats the current plan...I cant figure out if I would rather do that, or get a 50th Anniversary edition in 2014....

I agree 100%...this really is a great time to be a Mustang fanatic. I hope Ford continues to pull out the stops on the Mustang and listen to what we enthusiasts want in it. It was really cool to hear that Ford was giving us the Shelby GT after the outcry over the GT-H....they really did listen to us, and then produced.

With Mustang sales 64% greater than last year it would make sense to continue on this path with more SE releases each year.

Lets thank Ford for a job well done on the S197 car and please keep them coming!
