I have a 04 mustang with vortech v-2 sq supercharger. My question is what kinda exhaust set up is best for forced induction cars? X-pipe or H-pipe? I just ordered a Upr o/r X-pipe. Just wondering what others have gone with on there SC mustangs

I've got full bassani. My tuner recommended a non chambered muffler set up on forced induction cars. You don't need back pressure on blower cars. I prefer the sound of an h-pipe over an X and I really don't think there is a big enough difference in hp either way. I don't like the way my mufflers sound and will probably be trying out the dynomax ultraflows next. Hope they sound better. Hope this helps some.

 

What mufflers you got on it now bro? Thats my next thing is to order mufflers but want to make sure i get the right ones the first time is all...i got flowmaster 40's on there now i had with the h pipe but not sure how there gonna sound tell tomorrow when i intall my UPR or x pipe

 

When u say u dont like the sound your mufflers make is it to raspy for you or what dont u like?
