If you could see Makakilo/Kapolei now, you probably couldn't recognize it - urban sprawl with more to come... Still hot and dry during the day and cool at nights though nothing like LV.

Prices at some places here are below $3.00 - by about .01 at the most. If prices continue to trend downward, I think it will only last until late fall/winter arrives then prices will be influenced back upward by the demand for heating oil, unless the winter is mild. (But hey, I live on a tropical island, so what do I know about that? )

Just paid 249 here in massachusetts then down the street I saw it for 2.33 ......figures , it happens to me all the time lol
