American Muscle rep around here?

Im not real sure where this goes but do we have any American Muscle reps here?
I'd like to talk with one.
Im on my 6th wheel from them and I have yet to get one that isnt damaged.
The last one I received was a used wheel with curb rash.
Dealing with people there via the phone but this is getting so freaking bad
its just horrible. All they do is say sorry and ship another damaged one.
I have never, ever, ever received such craptacular products. Sure UPS is to blame for most of it but this last used/damaged wheel they sent me arrived in a pristine box
so I know they packed up the damaged wheel.
They would soooo be outta business if they treated people this way so I am at a loss of what to do.
This last one they just gave me an RMA number and didnt email me a return label (as previously done) so it looks like I may have to pay to send them back this used damaged wheel. I already have two here they havent done that with -pending UPS accepting liability but the last three before those I sent back.
Any reps around here wanna help me get a good undamaged new wheel (that I paid for)?

It was UPS damaging them until that last one that I received. That one was damaged before they sealed the box. I dont understand it either.

Is there a rep here who can help me???

Not that I've seen, good luck w/ a resolution. There comes a point when someone needs to do a little extra, like take the normal wheel box, wrap the outside in bubble wrap, then put it into another box with packing peanuts before sending it out to you.

I've gotten several things from AM, but have never used their free shipping (they're located only 45 minutes from me, so I do the "pickup option". I would just ask for the head honcho and tell him your on-going problem.
