America-the Car Show

I've actually been on the Lexington. They put in at Galveston one time, back when she was still steaming and being used for carrier trials/training for the aviators. A grand ol' ship, she is.
The information about the show is... iffy. None of the 'links' work. I'm assuming the $200 plus some other platinum thingy is for to be a Mustang in the show, not to go visit the ship and see the cars, yes? Because otherwise, I'll have to pass...
I still need to go see the Blue Ghost one more time though.

$16.95 just to tour Lady Lex and view the cars. Not just mustangs this year, but all kinds of cars.Your right, its pretty expensive but the Lexington is charging the $200 per car to be on the flight deck...and its the last car show of any kind to be held on the flight deck.

Good news, Glenn! You still can! It ain't happened yet, so you just gotta get yer buttocks down to Corpus Christi, Texas, and get to the Lex on one of those days, and you can pay your 16 bucks as you so desire!
Although I'm sure that you'll also have to include a bit more for travel and lodging, but hey... Awesome cars (but not Awesome herself) on an awesome and historical carrier's deck! You gotta!
