My dad was the one looking for them at Walmart today. I know nothing about guns, nor do I care for them. However, I did a quick google search and I've read that you cannot purchase a handgun if you are under 21, but if it is given to you, you can possess it. Not sure if that's true or not, just one of the first things I saw.

21 or older to buy, 18 or older to possess. At least in GA anyway. Each state also has laws on what is considered a loaded gun. Here in GA without a concealed carry permit the gun has to be out in the open, the magazine can be loaded and in the gun, but you can't have a round chambered. If you have the permit, you can carry it any way you please, and can have a round chambered as long as the safety is on, and the gun is holstered.

Sorry guys, here's the story.
I took a girl out on a date and everything went well. I took her home and as I'm about to pull onto her road, she says "My ex-boyfriend's there, keep driving and go around the back way." So I keep driving to the other end of the road. I turn onto the road (dirt road) and notice there's headlights behind me. She tells me to pull over and let them pass so I pulled over and waved for them to pass. A shi**y car goes past me and slams on the brakes blocking the road. A giant redneck gets out of the car and walks up to the window. He asks who I am so I tell him. He then sees his ex in the passenger seat. He then sucker punches me and keeps hitting me I'd say at least 5 times. I was still in my car and didn't have any room to even swing back. While this was happening I hear my windows being busted. It turns out while I was being assaulted HER UNCLE was beating the sh*t out of my car! After he stopped he told me to get out of the car and when I didn't he told her to get out and she did.
She took up for her ex once the cops showed up to her house.
The ex is 27, 6'1" and her uncle is 33, 6'5" 260 lbs. (I'm 19)
They both have priors and her uncle has FIVE cases of indecent liberties with a minor.
