make sure you press charges. I would have put the car in reverse for sure and tried to get out of there. I wondering if the date set you up ..... oh nooooo there's my ex go down this dirt road..... aaaaaaa yea stop and let them go by...yea right she needs a punch in the head too. she gave the cops false info and that is a crime. See if they will press charges on her too.

Sorry guys, here's the story.
I took a girl out on a date and everything went well. I took her home and as I'm about to pull onto her road, she says "My ex-boyfriend's there, keep driving and go around the back way." So I keep driving to the other end of the road. I turn onto the road (dirt road) and notice there's headlights behind me. She tells me to pull over and let them pass so I pulled over and waved for them to pass. A shi**y car goes past me and slams on the brakes blocking the road. A giant redneck gets out of the car and walks up to the window. He asks who I am so I tell him. He then sees his ex in the passenger seat. He then sucker punches me and keeps hitting me I'd say at least 5 times. I was still in my car and didn't have any room to even swing back. While this was happening I hear my windows being busted. It turns out while I was being assaulted HER UNCLE was beating the sh*t out of my car! After he stopped he told me to get out of the car and when I didn't he told her to get out and she did.
She took up for her ex once the cops showed up to her house.
The ex is 27, 6'1" and her uncle is 33, 6'5" 260 lbs. (I'm 19)
They both have priors and her uncle has FIVE cases of indecent liberties with a minor.

Make sure you press charges. Is there anyone you know (like parents) to help you out in this? This is insane!

I live in NC. My parents are doing most of the legal work. I've got a warrant out on the ex for assault and battery and I'm filing one on the uncle soon. I'll post a link to their prior mugshots when I get home.

That night he told us how to pick the report up the next day. It turned out he didn't even write the report that night. On top of it all the cop "made a mistake" when writing the police report so now I won't get one until at least Monday. He told me he knew they were lying to him too. I hate cops almost as much as I hate the criminals.
