Got my GT 5speed last night and today I'm hearing a 3rd gear whine under normal acceleration. Is this common?

Its a faint whine, just worried I'm alone on this and its a bearing in the tranny. Car has 56miles on it. 14 miles at delivery.

 

You may want to try a different section, try looking around the 2005 Mustang section and doing a search, should be able to find what you are looking for.

 

Not Too sound Too stupid and an 2005 can do it are you starting out in 3rd gear ? When I had one for a day I did first second and even third worked ok for me from 0 mph no more after I didn't want to buy the one I used.

 

I actually almost started in 4th gear, not on purpose mind you, mind was elsewhere and forgot to put it in 1st after I stopped at the light. She started rolling and it didn't stall, just very sluggish, then I realized the problem.

 

I have the 3rd gear whine in my 02 V6. It's pretty annoying.
