Did anybody else notice the nice power gap between the 300hp GT and the 450+hp Cobra? I think a 375hp Mach I or Boss would fit seamlessly into the lineup...

 

A twisty special; Boss with the small 4.6 (better balanced) comes to mind.

Then a hole shot geared Mach 1 for the straights, but with the non- supercharged 5.4 for more torque.

But thinking about it I like the GT best, always have. (Except maybe the racer boy 85, that year the LX was nicer in IMHO.

I hope they keep the mustang grill, don’t care for the cobras.
