1971 mustang

I found a 1971 mustang with 351 h code car in very good shape..He is asking 4500 for it, I was wondering if that is a good price or not...thanks got the help

It's in Ohio not sure on the miles, inside and out very clean....The floor pans are solid, trunk is solid, and the engine is very clean... The odometer says 46000 but not sure that's right
