Well, I suppose I should take one last cruise in the vert before I put her away for the year.
Next week we are going to be in the 50's with rain and I'm sure this is the last nice weekend.... I like fall but I could do with out the cold rain.

I hate the rain too! It never stops! I went for a nice drive yesterday, and it felt so good. I haven't done that in months!

What I really want is a newer Sporster 883R
saw one at the dealer and I fell in love lol.
As for why i hate the sportbike, the sound, teh look, the posture, and the fact that it goes ridiculously fast. Why do you think I show so much interest in the smallest Harley around? lol
Besides, Harleys are just so **** beautiful. The fact that they sound great and are far more comfortable are just icing on the glorious cake.

dunno about a WHOLE new engine, but i do know they recently switched to sequential electronic fuel injection.
I'm determined to pay for the whole **** thing myself this time around.

Helmet hair worries me not. If anything it will get me to keep my hair at a reasonable length out of practicality lol.
Also, the more I research and the more I read about beginner bikes, the more I realize an 883cc engine is probably not the best thing to start with. I started with a 100hp V6 in cars, i should probably start with a smaller bike too. Now I'm looking at 250cc Honda and Kawasaki cruisers for not much more than a 4banger stang
