All the love... I cannot handle all the love!
I went on Atkins 3 years ago and lost some, kept most of it off by giving up all soda, chocolate, and ice cream. :nono:
Now I am going to eliminate most bread after I get down to 200 lbs. I have a killer Pin Stripe suit that will fit nicely at 200 lbs.
My Army weight was 185, but I would love to get to 195.

Salmon Steaks Mano its fresh out here on the W-cost when I go back to Sakatchewan for a visit and go to the Keg Steak House they advertise fresh salmon I laugh out loud and the waitress asks is everything ok , then I had to describe what a fresh one really tastes like. UMMMMMMMM

Hows about some aw sea urchin , kinda tastes like cucumber plus . I was on a boat grid going to feed the wolf-eels and got hungry, so I started to eat the sardines in sring water and if the Salmon wasn't right there getting left overs Man I wish I had a net !

The highest posters at present are Admins and Supermods. They all get derogotory c/t's anyway because Scott is just like that.......
