Her new improved horse house is getting painted with a checked floor. 
It will also be junk free.
Half that stuff belongs to my parents who are also building a house.

Its Mustang Friendly.. My across the road neighbor has a 99 vert.

So anyhow-
Waterford Is where I am moving. Its Garden homes, on 60 foot lots. My backyard is a whopping 26 feet long.
Its not uppity. We do have our uppity neighborhoods- Weatherly, Grande View- And our high Dollar houses
like Saddle Lake . this one is as Goldilocks Discovered- JUST RIGHT.
So anyhow-
