Why the site format changes?

The incomplete topic replies (Posts in this topic section) which need to be selected individually to be fully read.
As a guest, I an grateful and happy to be here but the reality is that it is annoying to have to select each reply and while trying to keep a train of thought for a topic as it progresses.

Near the top of the screen you must have clicked on "outline" Click on standard and you will now see all of the replies instead of a preview.
